Challenge us: We have yet to receive a request where the component was too large or the quantity too great! The largest production line we have implemented to date comprised 9 plasma nitriding systems, 15 articulated robots, 5 gantry robots, a 100-m automatic crane system and many hundreds of meters of conveyor belts. The greatest annual piece quantity produced by us to date is around 30 million parts.

Eltropuls supplies tailored solutions depending on component geometry, piece quantity and the requirements for integration into your manufacturing. Sometimes it can be expedient to only automate substeps, such as rack transport. A fully automated solution is chosen in cases where several subsections have to be covered or if the piece quantity is very large.
