Hands-on research
gives us the edge

Dr Siegfried Strämke, founder of our parent company ELTRO GmbH, pioneered the pulsed plasma nitriding technology with numerous patents and helped shape the company’s philosophy in its formative years: What is good can always be made better. And: Every customer challenge is a task we must master. This desire to develop and research is what drives the entire ELTRO group.

Our in-house research laboratory at our company headquarters facilitates quick and direct solutions, so you, our customer, can leverage an enormous cost benefit. Our interdisciplinary team of experts has access to equipment that would normally be found at a research institute. This means we are always one step ahead in development. We create prototypes for your customer-specific requirements.

Prototype production with series-production process simulation
Planning a series-production project? Then you can rely on the design skills of our material technicians and process engineers, as well as on the capabilities of the state-of-the-art laboratory of ELTRO GmbH.

The initial steps involve a feasibility study, material selection and the definition of the process chain all the way to fixing the specifications on the project plan. All the required technologies are specifically aligned to your objectives. By simulating the series-production process early on during the production of your prototype, we can respond quickly to any anticipated challenges. We offer you the ideal conditions for seamless and successful production start-up.
